Drum Roll Please!

The day has finally come! I received the rug I ordered 2 months ago just last night and was excited to have the last item for our little dudes nursery. I have had a few people tell me that they are excited to see the pictures which made me instantly nervous, have I made this nursery sound more fantastic than it really is?! Oh dear, I have created too much of a hype! Oh well, here are the photos none the less, hope you all enjoy. Also, I am not a photographer by any means so please pardon the un-fancy pictures.

To begin, here are the pre-paint pictures. You will recall a few months back when Chad and I repainted the office (now nursery) and bathroom. I like to show these so it makes the finished product look even better :)

Hello flesh colored walls.
Our Apartment is renowned for holes in the walls, we have had to patch so many.

And here is the finished project!

Above the crib. Mario and Luigi and an amazing Frank Frazetta print that I ADORE. Perfect for a little boy.
Little crib buddies. The Chewbacca on the right is from Jon. When you squeeze its tummy he makes the iconic Wookie call. Perfect for our nerd baby :)
Our other little baby getting used to the new room.
Chad's T-Rex that he got when he was little.

The WONDERFUL books that we got from our WONDERFUL friends. They know us so well!
A little doggy bed that we hope Bobbie takes to quickly. Thats where she will stay when I am nursing (hopefully).
Chad's guitar and one of our favorite paintings.
It was Chad's idea to add splashes of Orange throughout the blues and grays. Absolutely brilliant. Also, there is Chad's own crib buddy from when he was baby, a dog named Blue. Blue is floppy and adorable, I love that we still have it.

There it is! I am pretty pleased, I didn't have much of a budget to work with but I think it is individualistic and pretty good for our little dude.

Be sure to check back tomorrow night, I will have a week 35 photo and pregnancy update!

Happy Wednesday!
