Num Nums Review

Chad and I have been fortunate enough to have several dates since the baby boy was born. Its been so nice to have an hour or two with just the two of us. I see the importance of date nights, they revitalize us and make everything a little easier because I know I have my partner in crime and he is the best.

So on these date nights, we go out to eat. Chad and I both love food, lots. Most recently, we went to one of our all time favorite restaurants, Bombay House. Its has the most amazing Indian Food. Chad and I enjoyed Vegetable Samosas (they are incredible), Garlic Naan, and Curries. Best of all, Grandma Glenna paid for it (she really wanted to babysit so she asked us to go out, good woman!) I would definitely give Bombay House 5/5 Stars.

Apologies, I know the picture isn't the best quality.

We also have been able to go to a little bakery in Orem called The Chocolate. We went there once and shared a piece of amazing cake. We liked it so much that we went again after our Indian Food. It is a quant little place that is in a restored old home. They have multiple cakes to choose from, as well as cupcakes, brownies, cookies, cannolis, and they are all baked fresh daily. They also offer a glass of Milk with your dessert (with additional cost). The Chocolate has been open for about 2 years and we have just barely found out about it. I would give the bakery 4 1/2 Stars.

The Cherub. The most AMAZING buttercream chocolate frosting. This was my favorite.
The Husband. This was so moist and delicious. Chad liked this cake even more than The Cherub.

We are definitely planning to go back when we have a sweet tooth. Totally satisfying! Look how happy we look at The Chocolate!

Happy Wednesday!

Can we go to the Chocolate when I come?? That sounds like my kind of place! You are so lucky to have an eager-to-babysit Grandma!
