Geddy at Bear Lake

**This will be the last post about Bear Lake, I promise :)

I took several photos of Geddy in Bear Lake. He really did quite well during the trip, it just took some adjusting at the beginning. Because Chad and I have never traveled with him before, we were learning from the experience as well. In the end, we figured out that the best thing was to keep him on his schedule as much as possible. We only took him on the boat the first day and it was an absolute disaster. So, the rest of the week, he stayed home and one of us stayed with him. Chad and I only had to stay home once because his parents were so wonderful and offered to take turns watching him as well. Such a blessing.

Everything went really smooth once we continued to stay on his schedule. In the end, Chad and I felt confident to vacation with him again in the future.

Sometimes, Geddy will put his pacifier in his mouth upside down on purpose.
He is totally capable of switching it the other direction but he chooses not to.
This is one of my all time favorite pictures of our boy. I love his facial
expression and the way the light/shadow hits his face. Love him so much.
While in Logan, the family stopped at Walmart. Chad layed Geddy
in a large bin of loofas and Geddy was quite content.
Sorry, picture from a cell phone.

Our vacation was filled with many ups and downs but in the end, we are pleased that we stuck it out. Being with our family was such a treat and we are ever so grateful for their help and patience.

Happy Tuesday!

I want a room full of Loofas so I can do this myself.

I love the way his eyes look in that first picture. They are so blue and sparkly. Oh Geddy, Aunty Haley misses you.
