Geddy and I were so lucky to be able to join Cherry and Winston on a walk yesterday afternoon. There is something so satisfying about being with a good friend and just talking about all things baby and life (which rotates around baby). I feel so fortunate to have lovely ladies in my life, whether it be old Highschool friends (those who will still see me, I was legitimately the worst in highschool) or sisters or newly made close friends who are in the same stage in life as I am. I call that stage: Figuring out Motherhood. Its a strong support system to have other Mommies that know what its all like. I feel less like a crazy person.

Oh little Winston, how I adore thee (you can read my first encounter with the babe here). Can we also talk about how Geddy LOVES babies? He adores toddlers and babies and people actually, he really likes people right now. Its so cute to see him kick his legs and smile and babble when he sees Winston. He reacts the same way when he sees himself in the mirror so I don't know if he thinks he is looking at himself or what.

Loves his walks.
Geddy is SO excited to be with Baby Winston.
Baby Win. His hat describes him perfectly. Only 2 1/2 weeks, so sweet!

I have to tell you how impressed I am with Cherry. She has a 2 1/2 week old baby and she was dressed and had make up and hair done. I wasn't wearing makeup and I have a 9 month old! I applaud you Cherry! When Geddy was 2 1/2 weeks I am pretty sure I looked like this:

Chad you are one lucky man.

You wanna know something alarming? That picture was taken today. Wanna know how you can tell? The baby hairs sprouting at the top of my head. Thank you post pregnancy hair loss. Booya. You may wonder, why does Hilary post pictures like that? I gotta keep you on your toes, "fur" sure. Only a glimpse into my weirdness. Don't be scared, you'll become numb soon enough. Mwahahaha! This last paragraph really got away from me...

Happy Friday!

Hil

Babies + beanies = absolutely adorable.

I have severe post baby hair fuzz all around the perimeter of my hair. When I wear my hair in a pony, my neck line is soooo fuzzy. It's gross.

I too struggle to get showered and dressed before 1:30 pm. Go Cherry go!
