Thanksgiving with the Families!

Chad and I are fortunate enough to have both of our families so close. Though it can make Holidays busy, we love seeing everyone. I remembered to take my camera this year to both families but was disappointed when a majority of the photos taken with the de Lisle's were weirdly blurry. I even took pictures of their puppies but they didn't turn out. Major bummer.

Grandpa and Geddy Boy!
Playin' at the de Lisle's with Grandpa and Great Uncle Bruce.
All the food that Grandma Glenna (Glamma) made. It was so delicious!

We went to the de Lisle's first this year and had dinner with them. The food was fantastic, Glamma did an amazing job. We spent a bit of time with them just hanging out, watching a football game, and playing with their puppies (which Geddy LOVED). After a bit of time there, we then headed over to the Olson's for dessert (and some more turkey dinner, let's be honest).

Geddy boy and Isaac. Their birthdays are only 5 days apart. They will be fast friends.

Geddy getting his first taste of pumpkin cake. He was a total fan.
Isaac.
Some of the Olson's at Ben and Heidi's.

I tried my best to take pictures of each of the kids, which is kind of a challenge because they are all running around and playing. I am pretty sure I got everyone. Geddy had such a lovely time seeing both families and being in a new place. Geddy was particularly fond of Isaac. They are only a few days apart and Geddy loves babies. He was so thrilled to see Isaac that there were some open mouth kiss attempts on Geddy's part. He just has a lot of love to share.

Karina and Kinley.
As usual, the Olson's don't skimp on the desserts.
My traditional Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes.
The grandkids doing "Facetime' with Grandma and Grandpa Olson who are in DC.
Troy and Beck.
Geddy and Kinley saying "Hi" to Grandma and Grandpa Olson.
Cache, ready for anything in his Karate gear.
Ashley, Katie, Karina, and Geddy.
My little family. Happy First Thanksgiving, Geddy boy!
Eli and Trey.

It was truly a lovely day. As we were driving home after the festivities, Chad and I were both so satisfied with our Holiday. I was worried that I would be overwhelmed with all the activities but Geddy did amazing.

Happy Sunday!

Looks like a great day! It is so fun to see photos of these kids and I'm amazed at how quickly they've changed (even since May). I especially loved seeing picutres of Isaac! He looks happy and healthy! Thanks for the photos.
