Living In 500 Square Feet

I don't know if you guys caught this post over on A Cup Of Jo (isn't that woman AMAZING, I love her blog) but it was one that seriously inspired me. She highlighted a couple who lives in a 500 sq. ft. apartment in San Francisco with two kids! Their space is magnificent. It inspires me to make changes because even small living spaces can be lovely.

You should certainly head over to her blog to see the whole post (they have tips and many more pictures, it's awesome!) but I wanted to put up some of my favorite things about their space.

Love the small table and stools. Perfect for a tiny kitchen.
Low book shelves in the kid's room. Brilliant. White walls with colored rug.
White walls and light drapes. Love the cute colored garland draping around the window.
AND the sweet retro beds.
More shelves and stacked decor on top. Checkered floors taboot!

So, "obvi" these people are amazing. Their home is beautiful and inspiring and I want it.

Happy Monday!

I'll have to check out this post for sure! We have lots more than 500 square feet, but we still feel squished. Where do people like that put their Christmas decorations and newborn clothes? That's what I want to know!

Do you follow the blog ohhappyday.com? It is written by the gal whose apartment we are all drooling over (except for the framed boob prints, which I find a little too odd for my taste), and she posts the coolest projects and parties. Also, can I say I am SO GLAD your laptop has been replaced. I missed my daily dose of Hil.
